 WARRIOR EVENTS PARTNERED WITH MARINE CORPS SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION

Warrior Events and  have joined forces with Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation to provide educational scholarships.  The financial support has been so generously provided by the Ginley Family.

Warrior Events is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Annapolis, Maryland. Its sole mission is to enrich the lives of the military community. With the help and support of their community, Warrior Events hosts monthly events for local, or visiting, warriors and their families to show appreciation for their incredible sacrifices.
 About Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation
Founded in 1962, The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is the nation’s oldest and largest provider of need-based scholarships to military children. For 54 years, they have been providing access to affordable education for the children of Marine and Navy Corpsman attending post-high school, under-graduate and career technical education programs.
About Ginley Family
John Ginley was one of 343 members of the FDNY that were killed in the line of duty on September 11, 2001, during the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. He was a Lieutenant in Engine Company 40 when the South Tower collapsed, taking his life. He is survived by his wife April, daughter Taylor, son Connor, parents Joe (retired Engine 8) and Betty, brothers Joe (retired Lieutenant L-59) Bob (Battalion Chief 3) and Tim (Lieutenant Engine 76). John’s entire family resides in Warwick, N.Y. and in John’s memory the Ginley family has donated the funds to support this scholarship program.
